Cindy Banton, PhD
Dr. Banton has worked in the field of Learning and Development for more than 15 years. She is a transformational business leader who specializes in workforce development and organization-wide training strategies and initiatives. Dr. Banton served as a corporate trainer and training consultant for corporations such as Motorola, Boeing, and Hewlett Packard. Her areas of expertise include the design and development of custom training curricula, and the development and implementation of workforce development strategies in support of global training initiatives. In addition to Dr. Banton’s extensive background and expertise in the area of workforce development strategies, she also specializes in the design and deployment of custom technology-based learning solutions. Dr. Banton holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix. She has several published manuscripts on topics ranging from creating an organizational culture with an innovative mindset, to information technology systems feasibility studies.
